Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Privion L.L.C. (“Privion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the services.

Services

Privion provides a platform for configuring, deploying, and managing AI agents within customer-controlled environments. Our services enable organizations to:

• Configure AI agents using approved knowledge sources
• Deploy agents within websites, internal systems, or private infrastructure
• Control access through authentication and role-based permissions
• Integrate with external systems via APIs or webhooks

Privion does not provide professional, legal, engineering, medical, or compliance advice. AI agent outputs are generated based on customer-provided or customer-authorized data and configurations.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the services at any time.

Trials and Evaluation Access

• Privion may offer trial access or limited usage credits for evaluation purposes
• Trial features and usage may be restricted
• Trial access is provided “as-is” with no guarantees
• Privion may suspend or terminate trial access at any time
• Continued use requires an active paid subscription

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring authorized users comply with these Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or contractual rights
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or usage limits
• Misrepresent AI outputs as human-reviewed or authoritative without validation

You are solely responsible for the data, documents, and systems you connect to Privion.

Customer Data and Responsibility

Customers retain ownership of all data, documents, and content they provide or authorize for use with Privion.

You are responsible for:

• Determining what data is appropriate to use with AI agents
• Ensuring you have rights to use licensed or proprietary materials
• Complying with any regulatory or contractual obligations related to your data

Privion does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or regulatory suitability of customer-provided data.

Security

Privion implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the platform, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable)
• Role-based access controls
• Environment-level isolation

Security configurations and deployment models may vary depending on customer setup.

Payment and Subscription

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan and billing cycle.

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal
• Pricing and plans may change with notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Privion’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Privion in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
